He said about wine-staging. Yes, the patch is implemented here. Wineskin does not propose wine-staging, there is plain wine-1.9.1.
Sergey is right, it works in staging version of Wine but not with the development version. I just verified this using the official WineHQ OS X packages for Wine Staging (https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/macosx/download.html).
