temtem debug log with +gdi

With 6.15 TemTem crashes before the main menu. Works in 6.14.

Bisected to first bad commit 3f95a13595804b3415f1b3c26ae677d3d642be35.

Not able to revert this commit alone as there are several gdi32 commits after
this one that rely on it.

Debug log with +gdi attached.
