[Bug 13901] Some buttons are hidden by a strange coloured band

- attach terminal output;
- is it a web based interface?

This is the terminal outputI only start the rpogarm and when the window is
ready I exit the program:
[peter@hpd1 ~]$ wine '/home/peter/.wine/drive_c/Program/SSFpres/811/pres.exe'

err:service:scmdatabase_load_services Invalid configuration of service

[peter@hpd1 ~]$

It's not a web based interface. As you see from the command, it's "standard"
EXE-program.
