Adding to this, I found users on taiwanese and japanese forums with the same
issues, all are blocking lineupdater.exe for the time being after installing
the 9.0.9 version using the waybackmachine snapshot of the download page, that
works for now, but the issue lies in not being able to use winrt media on wine.
