You were right! I didn't have working Czech locales :o/ When I added
cs_CZ.UTF-8 locales, the environment is already Czech but when I type my
testing sequence it's still not Czech. When I type the text out of the win
application and paste it there over the clipboard, it show all the characters
correctly. It's error of the win application or Wine?
