Test MFPlayer build under x64

This came from Windows-classic-samples in github
https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-classic-samples

there are a MFPlayer2 in sample which has seek/framestep feature.

But it seems mfplay did not implement those two feature, it is not working
under wine.
It working under windows.
