The installer for the OrCAD 16.5 Lite/Demo version
(OrCAD_16.5_Demo_CapturePSpiceOnly.exe) does not ungray the "Next" button on
the page for choosing the installation type (everyone vs. local user).  This
issue renders the 16.5 version of OrCAD unusable.
