Sorry, I don't know how to test patches with Wine.

Also, this bug is not the same as bug 33845, because the Launcher does not
crash. (that bug might be already fixed?) It only keeps relaunching itself when
it tries to replace the file with the new version but can't.

So after a few moments, you can see the process command launched as
"Launcher.exe -relaunched -relaunched -relaunched -relaunched -relaunched
-relaunched"....

Using Standalone (non-steam) version - the URL links to that installer.

Currently new Launcher version is available, so the file info mentioned before
has changed. You can test this bug having an older version of the Launcher.
