sh winetricks psdk2003
fails - it puts up a splash screen, but says
fixme:msi:MSI_OpenDatabaseW open failed r = 80030050 for
L"C:\windows\temp\msi1a97.tmp"
and exits within a couple seconds.

This worked until recently.
