wintab32 debug log from MediBang Paint Pro, wherein tablet pressure does not
function

Same issue here, via Ubuntu's Wine `9.0~repack~4build3` (on Linux Mint 22.2).
Tested with an XP-Pen Star G640, which according to `xinput list`, presents
itself as two different devices: "UGTABLET 6 inch PenTablet Pen (0)" and
"UGTABLET 6 inch PenTablet Eraser (0)".

A `WINEDEBUG=+wintab32` log is attached, but please let me know if I can
provide any further information!
