Please upgrade to Wine 1.5.19 and try again. The crash you reported has been already fixed in one of the development versions of Wine. Other problems still exist with the new GOG.com installer: bug #32451 and some cosmetic issues when using the built-in gdiplus.
Confirms install fine with wine 1.5.19, thanks!
