The bug reappeared in Wine 1.5.2 for EQ2
Could you perform a regression test? http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting
Note it can also be a driver issue, e.g. with nVidia 295.20, so you may try to upgrade it, depending on your configuration.
