A user wanted this app,

so I tried installing it.  Didn't get too far.

To reproduce:
rm -rf ~/.wine
sh winetricks fakeie6
wine SP2_RAC2008.exe

The installer aborts earlyish with
  "Path not found
   Failed to copy the following files:
   *.exe"
