Implementation for GetFontUnicodeRanges (debugged)

Yes, I compared output of Arial but alas but they don't match.
Maybe the corefont version of Arial is not the same as Arial on w2k3?

I'll do some more testing. BTW the new patch has an appropriate
trace in the test.
