--- Comment #2 from Jeff D. Hanson jhansonxi@gmail.com --- Retested. Like bug #44274 it only occurs with the version set to WinMe. Does not occur with it set to Win98. Same applies to the Windows Media Audio and Video 8 codecs installer (wmpcdcs8.exe) which has a nearly identical installer.
