Hello,

I have tested TOCA Touring Car Championship with 6.4.

It still has other issues, but with the proper hacks, the game starts, where it
was failing without the staged patchset, so this issue is fixed.

The staged patchset was split to a few commits and the one that completes the
patchset is commit ff6bf06ce3663c4f2a8b14f4a5f3d5ca0443ce4d so I'll put that as
the SHA1.
