Confirming; Bar Style, Drawing Tools, and Cursor icon dropdown menus don't work. Tested in 1.7.50.
The app only needs winetricks dotnet35 to run; the other overrides listed in comment 1 are unnecessary.
Can you test wine 2.x series or wine-staging 2.x series?
