I will add the console output of the setup if it might give some hint.

Now i tried again with latest Wine and i can see this:
fixme:ras:RasEnumConnectionsW RAS support is not implemented! Configure program
to use LAN connection/winsock instead!

I don't think i saw this earlier, but maybe it is the cause? I will attach the
console output too.
