I checked and the differences are due to the difference in old and new wow
setup. 
wine 9.15 was the precompiled binary, as I understand this was compiled with
the old wow64 setup, the wine of commit
6e15604c48acd63dd8095a4ce2fd011cb3be96db was compiled with the new wow setup.
After compiling this version also with the old wow64 configuration, the
difference went away.
