I used those, and have the same issue, I can zone in to Naz,jatar, but I have screen flickering, no matter which vkd3d I use.
Do you mean "those" as in patches posted in this thread and not the one i sent you? You can grab the patch i am talking about here: http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/attachments/20191207/bd618802/att...
Just rename the file to .patch and patch it as usual.
If that does not work either, i suggest you double check your library installation patch or something.
