[Bug 42292] The Witcher 3 fails to render correctly after starting a new game

wine-2.3 (+Staging) CSMT, high graphics settings (hairworks off).

Result with staging patches applied and CSMT enabled. High/ultra graphics
settings, hairworks disabled.

CPU: Intel Intel Core i7 4770.
GPU: AMD RX480, Mesa 17.1.0-devel (git-4dc42ae792)).
Resolution: 1900x1200.

In game framerate is also around 5fps.
