Open Picasa and select Tools -> "Folder Manager..."

If I try to select the folders pointing at my home directory, 
they do not open and allow one to deselect subfolders for 
Picasa search.

Furthermore, the radio buttons in the upper righthand corner
are greyed out and unselectable.
