Ok, the patch fixes EVE bug 9413. Logs in with sound now (fonts are screwed up
- too tiny in random places - but that may be unrelated).

I'm new to this so I'm speculating, but could this be due to the game spawning
a new thread and dsound.dll not getting carried over.
