[Bug 20474] Wine can't be built with GCC in C99 mode

In C99, not all POSIX, XOPEN features are available by default. Sources file
should use some defined. For example

#define _ISOC99_SOURCE

#define _POSIX_SOURCE
#define _POSIX_C_SOURCE 200112L

#define _XOPEN_SOURCE 600
#define _XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED

BTW, this could be added to CPPFLAG or in config.h
