[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

Well, it's a bit hard to tell which font is at fault,
other than it's not arphic set.
The crash seems to happen on "System" font and the only interesting part about
it,
that I can find in the logs are those L"" named fonts in Tahoma creation.
