Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks gecko
3) wine setup.exe
4) choose "install tools"

Behaviour:
Wine error.

Expected behaviour:
Page with list of tools to install.

Workaround:
winetricks vcrun2005
