[Bug 57557] Windows apps no longer run properly on Wine 9

As I couldn't install properly past versions of Wine via repositories nor with
DEBS, I have compiled Wine 8.21 and everything works OK, eMule, Synthesia, etc.

I attach you some screenshots.

Just that trying to install Synthesia 10.9 it throws an error message that
Synthesia 10.9 can only be installed on a 64-bit version of Windows. But
previous versions like Synthesia 10.8 which don't need to be firstly installed
to be executed it work just fine.

But if I try to execute the same Windows apps with Wine 9 again, it don't work
like before.
