Bugzilla rule is "one problem per bug report".
Your original problem with the black screen was due to missing Wine dependency
(missing 32-bit libXcomposite) which in my opinion invalidates this bug report.

Please open new bug reports for the remaining problem(s). Screen not resized
properly, mouse problem etc. according to the "one problem per bug report"
rule.

Hint: start the game in virtual desktop @1024X768. At least acts as a
workaround for the remaining problems.
