[Bug 14137] Entropia Universe won't start

In 1.4-rc2, the installer wants to update vcrun2005, and you have to let it
(the other choice is cancel), but the vcrun2005 it installs doesn't work. You
have to install vcrun2005 and vcrun2008 with winetricks before running
Entropia's installer or it will crash (and even then, you still have to let
Entropia's installer install its own vcrun2005).

With those two winetricks, the game installs and will download updates and
dynamic content. You can get to the login screen and login, the game will start
to load, then abruptly shut down with a popup message that "Entropia Universe
did not shut down normally."
