Final results for today:
- part one is confirmed and a pure gdi32 problem
- part two is a bug in GdipDrawString:
if I add 4 to args.drawbase.x, for this particular font size (16) it moves the
glyph to a more or less correct position ("4" is obviously a magic number,
have yet to figure out where to get the real value from)
