After install the Saturn PCB ToolKit
http://www.saturnpcb.com/download-our-pcb-toolkit/
and tried to start. I get the message:
'4,6' is not a valid float point value.

My installed system is a Ubuntu 16 with wine 4.9 English but with a latin input
method (keyboard), using "," as decimal separator. Just comment this if is
related to the issue.
