"winetricks dotnet48" it installs very quickly. Can you confirm that?
I did "winetricks --force dotnet48". The install seems to complete now, but I am unable to launch it. Clicking on the generated .lnk file seems to open Wine Windows Program Loader, but it quits after trying to load for a short while.
