[Bug 9317] Can't run vbtablet

Still not working, same error.

Oddly, I only see that warn if I run with logging.  Without WINEDEBUG,
the only error message is
err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {373ff7f0-eb8b-11cd-8820-08002b2f4f5a} not
registered
err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {373ff7f0-eb8b-11cd-8820-08002b2f4f5a}
could be created for context 0x3
(supposedly that uuid is associated with ActiveMovie).
