[Bug 52781] Origin does not notice games exiting, does not allow them to be relaunched

Sorry, I guess I worded that wrong - it's a regression of the same symptoms
that prompted that bug report, I have no idea about the cause. All I can say is
that the workaround listed on
https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=26175 (killing
EAProxyInstaller.exe) does not work, because no such process exists (the only
processes aside from wine's system processes are OriginClientService.exe, a
couple QtWebEngineProcess.exe and PnkBstrA.exe, killing the latter has no
effect).
