I did as you said:

cd "/home/hiphop/.local/share/wineprefixes/b-s/drive_c/Program
Files/Garena_BlackShot_LanCafe/GameData/Apps/BlackShot/BlackShot"

env WINEPREFIX="/home/hiphop/.local/share/wineprefixes/b-s" wine launcher.exe

but continued with the same problem, the log remains the same.
