Update: CEF seems to work fine with latest git tree (wine-7.9-142-gf4543763053)
Still doesn't start, there are 4 DMMGamePlayer processes, but no GUI visible. I
hacked in stubs for the netstat / powershell fixmes, but no change can be
observed.

Someone willing to help analyzing this? chromium is such a PITA to debug...
