[Bug 13829] Wine does not have CJK fonts

I tried without success to set any mappings and replacements. I even tried to
copy all Windows fonts and Windows Font registries. On Mac OS X except for
CHINESE BIG5 CHARSET most of the other foreign charsets are wrongly displayed
even if the glyphs are available. So this bug is related with Bug 16235, and I
don't know where the source of the issue is located.
