Well a lot of symptoms err:seh:setup_exception_record... Freezes randomly,
sometimes crash and sometime locks up with repetitive sound loop...

You can also try to disable sounds in winecfg. It may help.

No, just use your current (older) and apply it to the new kernel by command
"make oldconfig" (hope it's not too old kernel).

But try to disable sounds in wine first.
