After installing v1.7.42 in a German environment, I discovered that all pathes
wine has created in $HOME/.wine are in English (like "Program Files",
"Application Data" etc) instead the localized "Programme", "Anwendungsdaten"
etc.

Why is this and what do I have to do to get the localized names?

The program's menu entry are localized, by the way.
