[Bug 9799] Textures on vehicles are too dark in GTA Vice City!

yes, log is at http://harddisk.is-a-geek.org/log.txt.bz2 (some 500MB
extracted!). I noticed another bug at a white car: It's edges are glaring
black/white...see the attached image. I also noticed this bug earlier when
smashing cars but could not reproduce it.

BTW, I use current git (0.9.49).
