Can you check to see if removing ~/.wine and
reinstalling ArtRage with wine-0.9.52 helps?

If that doesn't fix it, can you check to see if this affects
Photoshop, too?  Any of the trial versions
linked to from http://wiki.winehq.org/AdobePhotoshop
will do for the test, they all support pressure
sensitivity well for me.
