But i have a solution. I manually copy dsdmo.dll from System32 and SysWOW64 folders of my Windows 8.1 x64 and in Regedit register class http://mikolajapp.appspot.com/uuid/query?q=%7B87fc0268-9a55-4360-95aa-004a1d...
It works perfectly. So what error was just now? Maybe this dll was not registered or some components missing?
