[Bug 15427] RagTime 5.6.5 does not start

I was able to reproduce the problem with my old install (Regtime was already
installed under ubuntu Hardy) and the updated wine 1.1.x

Now I installed ubuntu Intrepid (fresh install) together with the latest wine.
The problem is nomore reproducable...!
Can't really tell, what/who is/was responsible for this bug.

I will leave the bug open and leave the decision for you, to which state to
change the resolution of the bug...
