I cannot reproduce this. I downloaded and ran the installer "VPXsetup.exe",
then ran "VPinballX.exe", and it successfully launched. (Note: the forum
requires a free email-based account to be created in order to download the
installer.)

Please provide detailed instructions as to how to reproduce the bug, as well as
terminal output.
