I followed the instructions from comment #0 to reproduce the bug, and it is still present in wine-1.7.17-148-g2e5cb7a. The problem is probably audio related, because native dsound (winetricks dsound) makes the crash go away. Anyone can confirm that the crash doesn't occur with native dsound?
