[Bug 44327] Wine-staging doesn' t compile with Glibc 2.11. The problem in server-Realtime_Priority patch

I'd found the reason why it's compiling on a localhost. I had upgraded Glibc
from 2.11 to 2.17, so /usr/include/bit/sched.h is now contain SCHED_IDLE. In
the OBS service, there is Glibc 2.11.
