ah ok thanks for the quick find, so might be in issue with the installer then I
guess?

Indeed workaround below makes it start for me (I'll post it on the
forumthread):

rm -rf windows/syswow64/GDIPLUS.DLL
wine wineboot -u
wine admin.exe
