[Bug 14966] Cannot insert clip art in MS Word/Publisher in Office XP/2007

Still present in 1.1.13 in Word 2003. The problem is not actually with
inserting clipart per se, it is trying to do it through the Clip Organizer.
Selecting Insert=>Picture=>From File, browsing to the clipart directory, and
selecting a file to insert, works fine. Selecting Insert=>Picture=>Clipart
produces the error message mentioned in the original report. Clicking "OK"
opens the Clip Organizer task pane, but it is nonfunctional.
