[Bug 2398] OpenGL is only used on top level windows so child windows get overdrawn

I can confirm that this bug is still present in regards to valve hammer editor.
Using wine-0.9.28. The grids and 3d view and such are still overdrawn with
black.

kde 3.5.5, xorg-server 1.1.1, nvidia-drivers 1.0.9631
