This was NOT fixed by d9d700f3328f00ec419571df0e02cef208fa1e7b.

Wine 8.1 was released only 9 commits after
d9d700f3328f00ec419571df0e02cef208fa1e7b, and this bug can still be reproduced
with both Wine 8.1 and Wine 10.0-rc3 on Ubuntu Focal.

Reopening.
